At our website, InformalScience.org, you will find over 8,000 resources, including project descriptions, research literature, evaluation reports, and other documents related to quality, evidence-based informal STEM learning work supported by a diversity of federal, local, and private funders. Topic areas include broadening participation, citizen science, socioscientific issues, family engagement, computational thinking / computer science, and more.

We work in cooperation with the National Science Foundation’s Advancing Informal STEM Learning (AISL) program, and are housed at the Association of Science-Technology Centers in Washington, DC.
