Digital Leaders Now (DLN) is a 501(c)3 founded in 2019 in the state of Illinois. Its purpose is to be in leadership roles to represent Latinx voices for technology-related policies and ensure their implementation, and oversight follows a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) model. With technology as an essential digital resource, DLN helps create wealth pathways building family, business, and community legacies.
DLN was established to advocate for computer science education in all schools to grow Latino representation in STEM-related careers and entrepreneurship. It was founded on the belief that by expanding technology opportunities for everyone, there will be increased innovation to meet the ever-changing needs in schools, the workforce, small businesses, and communities.
