Rewriting the Code (RTC) provides college women pursuing computer science and engineering a supportive community, career development skills, mentoring, and many opportunities to interact with tech companies through their educational journey. RTC is an invaluable resource for exploring the vast career paths in tech, gaining insight into the world of tech recruiting and interviewing, learning from a vast network of women engineers, and connecting with companies for internships and full-time tech positions ranging from SWE to data analytics to AI/ML and beyond!
RTC college women participate in multiple panel sessions throughout the spring semester to inspire 3rd and 4th-year high school students about computer science and engineering majors. Through shared experience, community networks, and educational opportunities, RTC offers a safe and supportive environment to thrive in college.
