SciGirls is a national PBS kids television show, website and outreach program aimed at engaging more girls in STEM (including computer science). The SciGirls television show airs on PBS stations nationwide and follows of group of girls and their mentor as they solve problems and answer questions using STEM. The PBSKids website engages all youth in doing their own STEM projects and playing games. SciGirls outreach project reaches partner organizations from 35 states in running SciGirls programs for youth and educators. SciGirls provides support for these organizations through in person trainings, monthly webinars, quarterly newsletters and an educator website where they can get access to any SciGirls materials.
