I am a fourth year PhD student at Virginia Tech in Computer Science Education advised by Dr. Cliff Shaffer and Dr. Stephen Edwards. My research focuses on the interactions between students and teaching assistants and how to better train TAs to create a more inclusive and helpful environment.
