I�m currently a professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin. I�m a member of the Center for Advanced Research in Software Engineering and the director of the Mobile and Pervasive Computing Laboratory, where I work with many outstanding colleagues and students. My research has historically focused on the intersection of software engineering and dynamic, unpredictable networked environments. In recent years, we have been collaborating with researchers in elementary health education and CS education to create curricula for teaching computer science and computational thinking through physical activity to upper elementary school students.
