I am a PhD Candidate at the University of Washington studying Educational Measurement and Statistics in the College of Education. My research brings together psychometrics and computer science education to improve validity arguments for CS assessments, and to explore how data captured while students are programming can be used as a formative assessment. I am also working to describe, and help implement, justice-oriented assessments in computer science classrooms.
